General Manager
Eva Underwood is the General Manager of Joyful Poppin. She is a graduate from the University of Illinois and has a degree in accountancy.
Chef and Consultant
Rudy is a trained executive chef from Le Cordon Bleu college of culinary arts in Culinary Management. He also has a MBA from UTPB.
